SHIPPING POLICY

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and use carriers that ensure your product arrives timely and safely!  Let’s be honest, we have all seen what an angry driver can do with a simple box!  Shipping charges are calculated based on your location, size, weight, and delivery method.  We can ship almost anywhere including internationally!  Orders are typically processed within one business day; custom orders may require additional information and may increase processing time.

SHIPPING ISSUES

If your delivery person had a bad day, and your package was their outlet, let us know immediately!  We provide, at no additional cost, up to $100 insurance coverage for each order.  For damages above this threshold will be filed with the respective carrier.  We offer full coverage of your shipment for an additional charge, for more information, please contact customer service at customerservice@islandtimecustoms.com.  Time is of the essence, please be sure to inspect your package same day as receipt.  If your package looks like it was run over or passed through a woodchipper, please take photos BEFORE opening the package and AFTER opening the package.  This will provide us with more information to justify the claim with the shipping company. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Oh crap…this isn’t what I wanted!  We understand, sometimes we order an item, and it turns out to be slightly different than we wanted.  For stock items, you may return any UNOPENED item(s) for a 20% restocking fee.  Why is there a restocking fee?  Great question!  We manufacture, inspect, and package each item to ensure that you receive the best product possible.  This restocking fee covers our receiving the product, inspecting, and returning to inventory.

CUSTOM AND NON-STICK ITEMS RETURN POLICY

Yes, you guessed it, we do not offer ANY returns for custom or non-stock items.  We make every effort to ensure that you receive what you ordered by providing digital proofs for your approval.  Once we receive your approval, your order is now non-refundable.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect, we will replace your product with receipt of defective product, photos of defects, and reserve the right for additional information to support claim.  For additional information regarding Warranty claims, please see our Limited Warranty policy.
